Hello! I tried to remove my old phone number and register the one that I am using but app isn't letting me do that and crushing instantly and bringing me back to my home screen. Please help solution or fix the existing bug. I am Samsung S23 Ultra user if that helps on app improvement. Thanks for bringing your attention to this matter! Hope to hear back from you soon!

Face scanning is giving internal failure , I am going to sign up with my passport id and when I scan my face it gives me error. I am doing it from abroad (Poland) . Is it only working in uzbekistan?

Hello! As of now MyID is only available in Uzbekistan, however, we're planning to launch identification from abroad as well.
